Ecstatic to have won the best home based business award. Whoop whoop!
This month I’m over the moon to be shortlisted for another award. I love my work and all the people I meet, this is the icing on the cake!
Great to see one of the businesses I have worked with in the top 100! This picture was shot by me October 2015 and was used by the News Guardian to tell Kim’s story.
It’s great to see my PR photography getting used and RJM Photography being credited in the Northumberland News. It marks the end of the Be Digital springboard programme and my working with the 20 amazing business women, and Northumberland County Council.

October 2015 – Great testimonial from NCC
”We appointed Rachel to be Northumberland County Council’s ‘Be Digital’ project photographer having had Rachel highly recommended to us by a number of colleagues and contacts. Rachel produces beautiful, high quality portrait photographs that are full of warmth and character – they really capture people’s personalities. This aspect of Rachel’s work was key to us as we are working with women who run their own businesses…. Not only is Rachel a talented photographer, she is also highly professional and can be relied upon to take on any challenge and to deliver commissions punctually…….We would highly recommend RJM Photography to anyone looking for a professional photographer in the North East. – Fay Cooper, Digital Strategy & Commissioning Manager, Northumberland County Council and Anita Nicholson, Project Coordinator, Northumberland County Council

Very excited to be involved in the new spring board programme which will involve 6 months commercial photography of 20 amazing business women.
I was approached by The Northumberland Care Trust in 2008 to do a selection of Commercial Photography and graphics for our local breastfeeding campaign posters. We were able to use real Mum’s from the area.
In 2014 we added new posters to the collection – The posters were placed in hospitals, clinics and Sure start center’s in the region. This picture (left) happened to be in Wansbeck Hospital when I was visiting.
”Rachel has provided the Infant Feeding strategy team in Northumberland with posters of local women and their children as the backdrop to promoting key breastfeeding messages. Rachel has been a pleasure to work with as she is reliable, conscientious and importantly an excellent photographer.” – Debbie Wade Infant Feeding Co-ordinator, Midwife/Health Visitor for Northumbria Healthcare NHS Trust
